Financial Control and Strategy: Can you deal with tax issues and implications while ensuring Mainstreet maintains sufficient capital resources to meet stringent institutional requirements are key priorities for this function. The team is also responsible for financial reporting and forecasting as well as budgeting, and ensures that stakeholders within the business have accurate information. Information Technology and Systems: Do you have the needed experience and qualifications in (ICT ) to supports the banking system and all information technology (hardware and software) of the bank. Resources: This is a large team that manages both human and other resources of the bank. The Human Capital Management Group (employee’s recruitment and retention, training, et al) and Corporate Support (facility management, et al) fall within the team. The team aims to reduce the bank’s costs and improve the value of purchasing decisions when selecting suppliers for products and services. Corporate Secretariat: The Corporate Secretariat team provides support and secretarial services to the Board of Directors. Legal: The Legal team works with internal and external stakeholders to advise on litigation affecting the bank’s business activities and assets. Business Solutions: The team manages business solutions like e-banking solutions; fund transfers franchises; product development; collections and new products.
