Jobberman has unveiled its list of 100 best companies to work for in Nigeria. The list was created after an extensive survery of 10,000 employees and comprised 5,000 companies submitted.
Companies were ranked based on specific metrics including; Company Culture, Salary and Non-Salary Benefits amongst others.
Oil and Gas companies topped the list with Shell, Chevron, Mobil, and NNPC coming first to fourth. MTN, a telecommunications company was fifth.
The Nigerian Civil Service was 7th and GTB led the banking sector coming in 12th.
